Why did you choose this product over others?:This air fryer is fantastic. I was nearly put off by the people in reviews saying how it wasn’t the US version and it doesn’t get to a certain temperature, but this thing cooks the food perfectly and quickly. Great little air fryer!
I don’t normally do reviews, but we looked into air fryers for a good while, before buying this little crispy thing! So maybe we can help you to decide? New houses are very small, (unless you’re rich, but we aren’t!) so space, particularly in the kitchen, is at a premium. So an air fryer is just a little oven? So we thought? Except it’s not. It’s a lot more than that! Most air fryers take up a lot of worktop space, even the one stacked two draws high, this put us off buying one. No room, they get in the way. But the Ninja Crispy is very compact, and you can pack it away. This is a massive plus point. The glass cooking containers are way better than any plastic draw, end of. Easy to clean, does the job, every bit as good as the much bigger, more expensive fryers, even those made by Ninja! It’s a great little time saving, crispy cooking, all singing, all dancing little thing, that we now use every day! It’s a well made, well thought out, modern day cooking miracle! And well worth the money! So what’s wrong with it? Why not five stars? Well, if there are more than two of you, it’s not big enough, but that doesn’t bother us. If you’ve got an hat full of kids, then you’re probably better sticking with the main oven. But if it’s just the two of you, then all you need to do, is choose the colour……. You won’t regret it, I promise!

Perfect for a smaller kitchen
I was a bit concerned reading other reviews about the cooking trays that fit inside the bowls. Reviewers said the feet were coming away, but I’ve had no issues. Either Ninja have modified it since those reviews, or the method of just placing the trays inside and not pushing them down hard is best ?I have nothing but praise for the Crispi. Perfect for when I want to cook some fish to go with a salad, or even a kipper for breakfast. Ideal for re-heating pizza slices too. Brilliant for smaller kitchens and/or occaisonal use when a full sized fryer is too much.

Compact, Convenient, and Cooks Brilliantly
Would have easily been 5 stars—if not for the cable issue.The cable keeps getting caught under the lid when closing, and it happens almost every time it’s used. If that design flaw gets fixed, this would be a clear winner.That said, it’s completely replaced my old air fryer. It’s compact, simple to use, very convenient, and—most importantly—super easy to clean, even in tight kitchen spaces. A great all-rounder!

The rubber feet of the grill plate is broken even before its first use and I see others are having same experience. Painful. It shows the poor design of crisper plates. I don’t find any way to buy those rubber feets separately too. Though performance of air fryer is really good, it doesn’t give a complete satisfaction with defective crisper plates. I would recommend not to go with this product until this design issue is resolved.

Great machine. Looks small from dimensions but is pretty much the same size as a Philips XL Air Fryer. The only non-stick surface is the base plate so I replaced it with a NOTO DIA Wire mesh grill. Works perfectly and achieved my objective of reducing any non-stick cooking materials. Love the two sizes and how it all packs neatly into each other.
