The 6.3mm (1/4in) radius is ideal for lighter round-over profiles and ovolo detail work, or bullnosing on thinner stock. Supplied with two bearings, the larger bearing guides a smooth round-over on curved and straight edges without requiring a side fence. Lowering the cutter creates a top quirk for a quirked ovolo effect, and taking a second pass from the opposite face produces a full bullnose moulding.
