The new AMXPlanes Glastar is a STOL trainer model, which can start and land on almost any surface due to its oversized tires. The air-filled tires act as a kind of shock absorber, which enables the starting and landing on uneven and coarse surfaces without any problem. STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) stands for extreme short-start and landing characteristics. The model is equipped with a large battery cover, which is magnetically locked to make changing the battery as easy as possible. The model is intended for LiPo batteries with 3S (11.1V) with a capacity of 1300-2200mAh. With 1300-1500mAh the agility of the model is higher and with 1800-2200mAh the flight time increases enormously.
