10 reviews for Amazon Basics 36-Pack AA Alkaline High-Performance Batteries,…

  1. CWKelly –

Long-lasting everyday batteries at a sensible price point
The Amazon Basics AAA Alkaline Batteries are a simple, practical purchase that make a lot of sense for any busy household. With so many devices – from toys and remotes to clocks and torches – requiring either AA or AAA batteries, having a bulk pack on hand has proven consistently useful. The 100-pack format offers excellent value for money. For the price, these perform impressively well – while they don’t quite match the lifespan of the top-tier premium brands, the difference isn’t enough to outweigh the cost savings for most everyday uses. They hold charge well in storage, and the advertised 10-year shelf life means you can keep them stocked without worrying about deterioration.Packaging is practical and well thought-out. The batteries come grouped in smaller bundles within the box, which makes it easy to take out only what is needed whilst keeping the rest neatly organised. It’s also convenient for gifting or including with electronic items that require batteries, as you can supply a sealed pack alongside the product.Performance has been consistent across a variety of uses – from children’s toys and remote controls to small kitchen gadgets – and none have shown leakage or early depletion. For general household use, they strike an excellent balance between quality and economy.

Excellent Value and Quality. Reliable Everyday Batteries!
I picked up these Amazon Basics AAA 1.5V alkaline batteries as a good value option, and they’ve really impressed me. They have great energy output that keeps devices running smoothly and last longer than some of the cheaper brands I’ve tried before. No issues with power, and I haven’t noticed any leakage or corrosion either, which is a big plus. They’re ideal for everyday items like remote controls. The anti corrosion design gives extra confidence when leaving them in devices for longer periods. I also like that you can choose from different pack sizes, from 8 all the way up to 100, so there’s great flexibility depending on what you need. With a 10 year shelf life and simple, easy open packaging, they’re practical as well as affordable. For the price, they’re excellent quality and do exactly what you want them to. I’ll definitely be buying these again.

    Good value everyday batteries
Pros:• Solid performance in low to medium drain devices — remotes, clocks, toys etc.• 10-year shelf life, so good for storing as backups.• Affordable compared to premium brands.• No major leakage issues in my experience so far.Cons:• Not as long lasting under high drain usage (e.g. powerful flashlights, high-end gadgets).• You might get marginally better performance from top brands in demanding devices.• Being disposable, not environmentally ideal vs rechargeable options. Conclusion:A dependable, budget-friendly choice for everyday use. They won’t beat premium batteries in extreme use, but for most household gadgets they deliver good value and acceptable performance.

    Great Value and Reliable Performance!
I bought the Amazon Basics 24-Pack AA & AAA High-Performance Batteries and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The delivery was fast and well-packaged, and it’s great to have both AA and AAA sizes together in one convenient value pack. The batteries work perfectly in all my devices — from remote controls and clocks to wireless mice and flashlights. They hold their charge well and provide consistent, reliable power. I also really like that they come with a 10-year shelf life, so I can stock up without worrying about them going to waste. For the price, this pack offers excellent value and quality that rivals the big-name brands. Definitely a smart buy if you use batteries regularly — dependable, affordable, and long-lasting!

  5. AL’s Reviews –

    Great Value and Performance (AAA)
The AAA batteries arrived thoughtfully packaged in what can serve as a storage container until they are all used up. Inside they are shrink-wrapped in groups of five. It’s challenging to comment on their longevity, as it largely depends on the type of device. For instance, pressing buttons on a remote control for a couple of seconds now and then uses considerably less power than a motorised toy for kids. Ultimately, battery life will depend on usage and the specific product. That said, i have purchased these before and, over time, I haven’t noticed any difference between this brand and other more well-known options I’ve used in the past, indicating the longevity is fairly comparable. The size and shape are identical to any others I’ve purchased, which is standard for AAA batteries. They fit perfectly in all the devices I’ve used them for, without any issues when inserting or removing them.I initially checked them using an electronic battery tester, and all were at full power, none were damaged, and they are promised a 10 year shelf life. All good so far.- Pros:• Well-known, trusted brand• Reliable and cost-effective performance• Suitable for various devices with decent longevity• Well-packaged for easy storage• Long ten-year shelf life- Cons:• Not rechargeableOverall, I’ve had no issues using this brand of batteries over time, and it’s great to save a few pennies. Many own-brand products provide quality that rivals big-name options, often at a lower price. I’m happy to recommend them, so it’s five stars from me.Thanks for reading, I hope this review was helpful x
