    Old one died, this is much better
    My previous CO detector was a sealed unit with no way to change the batteries.This one is a much better design. The only thing I would have liked is a magnetic base to attach it to the top of the boiler case, but it’s perfectly fine placed on top of the kitchen wall units.It does flash every minute or so, which made me jump one dark night, but it’s no concern.

    Faulty
    Been in situ 5 months. Alarm sounding and reading 33, alarm display with rising, with gas shut off and windows open. Cadent attended as emergency and found no leak and confirmed faulty alarm. Do not trust this item. Panic for me and waste of services for someone that could be in a real emergency.

    Great little detector
    I wanted a small portable alarm for camping and this one fits the bill perfectly, compact, easy to transport and set up. Tested out to see if it worked with actual monoxide fumes and it sounded immediately at a level more than enough to wake me. Good price, good design, good product.

    Looks good and is small.
    I bought two, one for our living room and one for the boiler room. Not sure how to use the mounting screws supplied as there was no additional bracket or clue how to attach the detector to the wall or ceiling! Otherwise all looks good. (I do wonder how to test it’s capability to register high CO2 levels though)

    Étonnamment pour son prix et son poids, il semble fonctionner correctement. Il se calibre puis affiche bien 0. Je l’ai testé ensuite en le mettant sous cloche avec des chauffe plats et une fois éteints le niveau est monté à 600ppm et l’alarme s’est bien mise en route.L’alarme ne s’allume qu’à 100ppm mais il détecte bien des seuils inférieurs. Parfaitement suffisant pour moi (il n’y a aucun risque critique en dessous de 100ppm).

    Très bon article, compact, de belle finition, facile à utiliser, très utile pour détecter des fuites de CO à la sortie d’évacuation d’une chaudière au fioul, ou à proximité d’une cheminée. Je recommande !!!
