The 9.5mm (3/8in) radius is ideal for producing a full bullnose profile on 19mm stock, delivering smooth, consistent results on furniture, shelving, and joinery. Supplied with two bearings, the larger bearing guides a clean round-over on curved and straight edges without requiring a side fence. Lowering the cutter creates a top quirk for a quirked ovolo effect, while taking a second pass from the opposite face produces a bullnose moulding.
