I prefer to buy washable slippers and as I couldn’t find any in the brands I normally wear I bought these.
As others have said, the faux fur top is not stuck on but simply attached at the straight edge. I bought my usual size and they felt slightly small to start with but within a couple of weeks had stretched to slightly too large. There’s no support at all at the back, which means you can’t just slide your feet into them. It’s difficult to tell which foot is which – I have to turn them over to see which way the soles are shaped in order to know which foot to put them on. Overall they’re not at all well made. I’ve had them about three weeks now and I reckon I’ll be lucky to get three months out of them. And as for washing them, the main reason I bought them, I suspect they’d be useless after one wash.
The one good thing about them is that they do keep my feet warm! Overall, not recommended.
Update: after 4 months’ wear these slippers have stretched to the size of a small boat – from being a snug fit when I bought them there’s now about an inch of space between my heel and the back of the slipper. The back, which is just a piece of fabric with no support at all, has collapsed. Waste of money.

These are the nicest slippers I have ever had! So comfy – and don’t they look lovely. The soles are great too, nice and thick. The fur is in the form of a flap!!! Love em. UPDATE – Should they last longer than 5 months? The top has come away from the sole. Very disappointing.
